CEO of HARVEST CENTER CAMBODIA Makes a Prominent Appearance at RMA CAMBODIA’s CHANGAN Car Launch Event

(Phnom Penh): On June 2, 2026, Harvest Center Cambodia (HCC), a leading provider of modern agricultural technology and machinery in Cambodia, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cisbay, an international company, securing exclusive distribution rights for AGN advanced bio-fertilizer and soil rejuvenator products in Cambodia.

Harvest Center Cambodia (HCC) is a premier supplier of advanced agricultural technology and machinery in Cambodia, including DJI agricultural drones, CLAAS tractors, CHC Navigation high-precision auto-steering systems, ChangChai diesel engines, and professional cashew warehouse management services.

This collaboration aims to address major challenges currently faced by Cambodian farmers, such as hard, degraded soil, rising market prices for chemical fertilizers, and climate change affecting crop yields.

What is AGN Bio-Fertilizer?

AGN is not a chemical fertilizer; it is an advanced biotechnology that combines various beneficial bacteria working together like "probiotics" to protect the soil, promote plant health, and accelerate growth:

• Non-Plant Food Ingredients: Contains 90% Humic Acid extracted from Leonardite ore, which helps loosen soil, strengthen root systems, and improve nutrient absorption.

• Specialized Bacteria: Helps extract nitrogen from the air, stimulates rapid root development, and produces hormones that enhance drought tolerance.

• Cost Reduction: Reduces the use of chemical fertilizers by 25% to 50%, saving farmers significant costs.

• Increased Yields: Proven track record of boosting rice yields in Cambodia by up to 37%, even under severe drought conditions.

Ms. Heng Nammuy, CEO of Harvest Center Cambodia, stated: "We are extremely proud to officially announce our partnership with Cisbay to introduce AGN to the Cambodian market. As a supplier of a wide range of agricultural equipment and machinery, adding AGN bio-fertilizer provides a complete solution that enables farmers to spend less, work more easily, and achieve higher, sustainable yields. The objective of this collaboration is to import and distribute 'AGN' bio-fertilizer in Cambodia, aiming to lower production costs and improve crop yields. This decision follows a successful pilot test in Kampong Thom province. AGN bio-fertilizer enhances nutrient absorption, loosens soil, and develops stronger root systems. Bringing in this bio-fertilizer marks another new solution for Cambodia's agricultural sector."

Mr. Justin Seek, Country Director of Cisbay, remarked: "This is a truly meaningful day that we have been looking forward to, following active joint efforts leading up to this moment. In finding a partner who shares our values and understanding, we strongly believe that HCC is the right partner to walk alongside us. Our shared vision is to bring modern agricultural technology to enhance the livelihoods and bright future of Cambodian farmers."

Mr. Justin Seek added: "What impressed us beyond the business opportunity is the honesty and strong motivation of the HCC team, who aspire to build success the right way. We are not just looking at yield increases; together, we are protecting and restoring the soil to ensure sustainability for future generations. Thank you to everyone on the team who dedicated their energy, heart, and patience to turn this meaningful commitment into reality."

"This is the foundation of a solid, modern agricultural infrastructure that combines drone machinery and expert consulting to deliver true value to Cambodian agriculture. We believe the results of this work will bring great satisfaction and pride to all team members. We extend our deepest gratitude for this exceptional partnership," added Mr. Justin Seek, Country Director of Cisbay.

Following these meaningful remarks, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony took place with great solemnity. Both parties demonstrated a firm commitment to launching joint operations to bring this valuable technology to as many Cambodian farmers as possible.

The event concluded in a joyful atmosphere, celebrating a successful first step toward transforming Cambodia's agricultural landscape into a more modern and sustainable one.
