We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead and manage our agricultural machinery maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the upkeep and repair of advanced farming equipment, including tractors, drones, and precision agri tech tools. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, and a commitment to service excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
Plan and implement efficient rotating work schedules to ensure 24/7 equipment readiness and staff coverage.
Oversee the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of modern agricultural machinery, including tractors, drones, harvesters, and precision farming tools.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs, ensuring schedules are followed and documented.
Maintain comprehensive records of service history, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company maintenance policies.
Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians in safe, efficient, and effective maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with equipment suppliers and technical teams for installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Travel to customer sites and branch locations for on-site support, equipment audits, and service coordination.
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high standards of after-sales support and technical service.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in agricultural machinery, tractor
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system
Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Experience in supervising technical teams and organizing rotating work schedules.
High attention to detail, safety-conscious, and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with software applications.
Knowledgeable in agricultural tractor is a must.
Willing to travel is a must.
